Eligibility
If you pay an electric bill, you most likely qualify.
- You receive a monthly bill from a participating utility (CMP, Versant, National Grid, NYSEG, RG&E, ConEd, or O&R).
- You're the account holder — or have permission from the account holder.
- Your address is in Maine or New York. Apartments, condos, and rentals all qualify.
