Use of the service

Our site is informational. Submitting a contact form does not enroll you in any community solar program. Actual enrollment requires a separate subscription agreement with the program operator (Nautilus, Nexamp, Arcadia, Ampion, or Roofless).

Savings disclaimers

Savings estimates shown on this site are illustrative averages. Actual savings depend on your utility rates, energy usage, program credit rate, and farm production. We don't guarantee a specific dollar amount.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Energy Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any program enrollment we facilitate. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees, if any, you've paid us directly (typically zero — we don't charge customers).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Cumberland County, Maine.
